All bags and small leather goods are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the following circumstances: * Non-authenticity has to be verified in writing by the brand owners, in which case 100% refund in same mode of payment will be immediately provided. * Defective merchandise - Inspection must be done at the point of delivery.
